SLC Unlimited respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and message. We may also retain communications you send to us. Framer provides aggregate site analytics that help us understand general website activity. Optional Microsoft Clarity tracking is described below.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, understand your business, prepare for conversations, provide requested information or services, maintain business records, and send occasional emails related to SLC Unlimited. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Services that help us operate
We use service providers including Framer, Microsoft Outlook, n8n, and Airtable to host the website, process form submissions, send requested follow-up messages, and manage business inquiries. These providers process information as needed to perform those services. We do not sell or rent contact-form details. Microsoft Clarity separately receives browsing data when you allow it, as explained below.
Cookies, heatmaps, and session replay
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity records clicks, scrolling, pages visited, and device and browser details to create heatmaps and session replays. We use these to improve the website. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies. Microsoft receives this browsing data and may use it for its own purposes, including Microsoft Advertising, as described in its Privacy Statement. Form input values are masked in Clarity recordings.
Clarity stays off until you select Accept. You can decline or withdraw permission through Cookie preferences without affecting the contact form. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping Clarity off. Changing your choice stops future Clarity tracking but does not automatically delete data already collected. These controls apply to Clarity, not Framer’s built-in aggregate analytics or essential website functions.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or opt out of promotional emails, by contacting steven@slcunlimited.app.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we maintain, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
